Important Update: HC MUD 149 Bill Pay System Has Been Upgraded

We are pleased to announce that HC MUD 149 has successfully transitioned to our new payment processing partner, Starnik. This upgrade provides you with a more modern and convenient way to manage your water bill.

With the new system, you can now:

  • Make secure payments on your phone

  • Re-enroll in or set up AutoPay

  • Easily manage your account online
