NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TAX RATE

The NORTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 30 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2022 on Tuesday, November l, 2022 at 5:00 p.m., at 5730 Pinelakes Boulevard, Spring, Texas 77379. Your individual taxes may increase at a greater or lesser rate, or even decrease, depending on the tax rate that is adopted and on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.

The Board’s regular meetings are held in the District at 5730 Pinelakes Boulevard, Spring, Texas 77379. Nevertheless, under Texas law, the following information is provided regarding the process.

Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the District under Section 49.062(g), Texas Water Code. A description of this process can be found at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/downloads/water-districts/forms/form-20863.pdf.
