All residents must enroll in Inframark’s new billing system. Instructions were sent to all accounts via email. You can find the instructions on https://inframark.starnik.net. You may also make a guest payment by visiting https://inframark.starnik.net/starnikERP/#/rp_guestpay. If you are unable to enroll in the new system, call customer service at 832-467-1599 for assistance. Any residents who were previously signed up for auto-draft will need to re-enroll for auto pay and update the mailing address if paying with their bank’s online Bill Payment Service to:

Woodridge MUD Residents:

The district’s new billing system is now live! Please ensure you have signed up for an account in the new billing system by following the instructions in your email or visiting https://inframark.starnik.net. You may also make a guest payment by visiting https://inframark.starnik.net/starnikERP/#/rp_guestpay. Please note that any residents who were previously signed up for auto-draft will need to re-enroll for auto pay and update the mailing address if paying with their bank’s online Bill Payment Service to:

If you are mailing a check, please use the address located on the pre-printed payment coupon included in your water bill. Due to the conversion, accounts on auto pay were not drafted on the due date of October 19th, 2025. Please log in to your account via https://inframark.starnik.net or call customer service at 832-467-1599 to ensure you do not have an outstanding balance on your account. Residents who were signed up for auto pay through the previous billing system will not incur late fees or penalties for the bill that was due October 19th, 2025.

District Alert: Main Break in Distribution System Northwest of Woodridge MUD

Attention Woodridge MUD residents,

Porter SUD, the water provider for Woodridge MUD, has reported a main break in their distribution system northwest of Woodridge MUD.

The main break did not affect Woodridge MUD’s pressure; therefore, a boil water notice will NOT be issued.

The main break has been isolated, but some residents could still experience water quality issues. Please report any water quality issues to Inframark at 281-579-4500.

District Alert: Boil Water Notice Rescinded

On July 18, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Woodridge MUD, public water system, TX1700859, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of today July 20, 2025.

Boil Water Notice: Woodridge Residents East of Community Center on Soaring Woods Lane

ATTENTION WOODRIDGE RESIDENTS: THIS APPLIES ONLY TO THOSE WHO LIVE EAST OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER ON SOARING WOODS LANE

Due to a main break in our water suppliers’ line to the District, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the Woodridge MUD public water system, PWS ID TX1700859, to notify all customers to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions).

To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.

In lieu of boiling, individuals may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the public water system officials will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

Once the boil water notice is no longer in effect, the public water system will issue a notice to customers that rescinds the boil water notice in a manner similar to this notice.

Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). You can do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.

District Alert: Temporary Service Outage Due to Main Break on Porter SUD

Woodridge MUD Residents: You may have experienced a temporary service outage due to a main break on Porter SUD’s main line supplying Woodridge MUD via Needham Road.

Technicians were dispatched to open valves and restore pressure to affected residents.

As a result of the main break, water discoloration may occur. Should you encounter discolored water in your home, please contact Inframark at (281) 579-4500.

District Alert: Attention Woodridge MUD Residents: Important Water System Update

Attention Woodridge MUD Residents:

On Monday, February 3rd, a valving exercise will be conducted in the district as part of ongoing measures to improve the water quality. As a result of this exercise, some sediment may be stirred up in the lines.

Please avoid using your washing machine from Monday, February 3rd through Thursday, February 6th to avoid any unwanted staining of laundry.

Should you experience any brown water during this time, please call Inframark at 281-579-4500.
